Thank you for choosing The Taliaferro. Every order is crafted with care and intention — please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Made to Order — Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated transit times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: available upon request for select items

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service level.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are processed and fulfilled from the United States.

International Shipping We proudly ship worldwide. International transit times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days after production is complete, depending on the country and selected service level.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The Taliaferro does not collect, pre-pay, or reimburse duties or customs fees of any kind. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated costs before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. The Taliaferro is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipment fees may apply for returned packages.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Each case will be reviewed individually and handled with care, consistent with our commitment to your experience as a client.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages Packages that are refused or abandoned are not eligible for refunds. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Holiday & Peak Season During high-demand periods, production and shipping timelines may be extended. We will communicate any known delays proactively.
